最近比较忙，曾经想过合并Oxford。有些太大（OED，2-5GB），有些版本参差不齐，有些完全不相干（各种小语种,学科）

假设只管英语和汉语，可能前阵有人分享的比较全，体积35GB （ Dictionaries from Ru-Board (>50 Languages) - 小语种 - FreeMdict Forum）

I think many hosting services suffer from speed limitations. The current ETA is unknown hours:

The upload speed is slow whereas the download speed is impressive

Yes, the main concern is the uplink, which is always 1/10 of the downlink speed, if not much worse.

Try 99699.xyz. Same as Huang - 5 TB free and no reliability. To both I have upload 100 mbit/S, but maybe the problem is in your connection to the site…

Baidu is much better at 10MB/s. Although it fluctuates wildly.
